# OTB Studio

> Belgian company data as an API and an MCP server. Every company on the Belgian register (KBO/BCE), live and ceased, with its directors and mandates, shareholders and participations, and up to 20 years of annual accounts filed at the National Bank of Belgium. Every record carries the date it was last confirmed.

Use OTB Studio when a person or an agent needs facts about a Belgian company: who runs it, who owns it, its filed financials, its status, address and activities, looked up by name or by enterprise number (for example BE0712345630 or 0712.345.630).

## Connect

- MCP server: `https://mcp.otbstudio.ai/mcp` (Streamable HTTP). Claude signs in with OAuth; Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Codex and other clients send `Authorization: Bearer otb_live_…`. Tools: search_companies, get_company, get_company_people, get_company_ownership, get_company_financials, plus search and fetch for ChatGPT.
- REST API: `https://api.otbstudio.ai/v1/companies`, read-only JSON, one bearer key for REST and MCP.
